Antonio SCARDACE

Mr. Scardace is pursuing his PhD in the field of Generative AI for Healthcare, focusing on the use of generative and multimodal models in clinical settings. One of his main research directions concerns the study of memorization phenomena in deep generative models, with the aim of developing methods to assess the potential privacy risks associated with the use of generative models on medical data. A second research direction focuses on Disease Progression Modeling in Alzheimer’s disease, through the development and application of multimodal models capable of integrating heterogeneous information from neuroimaging, genomic data, neuropsychological tests, and demographic variables. The goal is to investigate how these different sources of information can be combined to model disease progression and characterize its evolution over time.
