Giovanni GALLO
Full Professor of Informatics [INFO-01/A]
Giovanni Gallo, born in 1962, is professor at Catania University since 1992.
He is full professor since 2001 and since 2024 is coordinator of the MS.Deg in Data Science
He teaches in the curriculum for "Laurea in Informaica" and "Laurea Magistrale in Informatica" and in "Laurea Magistrale in Data Science"
Outside Catania University he collaborates with Accademia di Belle Arti di Catania and lITS Steve Jobs .
He is an active reaercher in the field of Computer Grafica, Image Processing and Data Analysis. He is part of the research group IPLab
He belongs to ACM, EUROGRAPHICS, IEEE, Accademia Gioenia di Catania.
