Andrea GIACOBBE
Full Professor of Mathematical physics [MATH-04/A]
Born in Venice on December 28, 1970, I did my bachelor at the Università di Padova, Italy. I did my PhD at the University of Maryland, College Park, USA and then I was post-doc at the Utrecht Universiteit, The Netherlands. Assistant Professor at the Università degli Studi di Padova since January 2005, Associate Professor at the Università degli Studi di Catania since March 2016.

- the geometry of Hamiltonian and non-holonomic systems
- the dynamics of epidemiological systems
- the stability in fluid dynamics
