ANALISI MATEMATICA 1 PARTE B
Academic Year 2024/2025 - Teacher: Salvatore Angelo MARANOExpected Learning Outcomes
The student must be able to identify qualitative and quantitative properties of a real function of one real variable and to apply them to both theoretical and practical problems. He must be able to draw the graph of a function, motivating it based on the theoretical information acquired, be able to calculate an integral (indefinite, defined, generalized or improper) of a real function of one real variable, and solve simple first or second-order differential equations.
General educational objectives of teaching in terms of expected learning outcomes.
Knowledge and understanding: the aim of the course is to acquire the theoretical foundations and the main applications concerning differential and integral calculus for functions of one real variable.
Applying knowledge and understanding: the student will acquire the necessary skills to study simple mathematical models.
Making judgments: through concrete examples and exercises the student will be able to independently develop their own solutions to simple problems.
Communication skills: the student will acquire further communication skills and expressive appropriateness in the use of theoretical language in the general context of mathematical analysis.
Learning skills: the course aims, as an objective, to provide the student with the necessary theoretical and practical methodologies to be able to independently address and solve problems that may arise during the project activity.

PLEASE NOTE: Information for students with disabilities and / or DSA
To guarantee equal opportunities and in compliance with the laws in force, interested students can ask for a personal interview in order to plan any compensatory and / or dispensatory measures, based on the didactic objectives and specific needs.
It is also possible to contact the referent teacher CInAP (Center for Active and Participated Integration - Services for Disabilities and / or SLD) of our Department, prof. Daniele, or the President of the master degree.
