Quality Assurance Management Group (Dec 2025)

The Quality Assurance Management Group (Gruppo di Gestione per l’Assicurazione della Qualità - GAQ) plays a central role in the continuous improvement of the degree programme, operating through a methodical synergy aimed at optimizing the academic regulations and inter-course coordination.

The Group's activities focus on drafting key monitoring documents, such as the Annual Monitoring Report (SMA), the Annual Single Form (SUA-CdS), and the Annual QA Report.

A fundamental pillar of the Group’s work is the critical review of student feedback collected through the OPIS surveys (Student Opinions on Teaching), which serve as an essential tool for identifying and promptly resolving any organizational issues.

In parallel, the Group and the Degree Programme Board monitor the employment outcomes of graduates, comparing job placement rates (in the short, medium, and long term) against University and national benchmarks for similar Degree Classes.

The student body actively participates in these processes through its designated representative.
