The degree programme is organised into three pathways designated as Theoretical, Applied and Educational respectively. Lectures are delivered in Italian or English depending on the presence of international students. The course Matematiche Complementari (Complementary Mathematics) is taught only in Italian. The 12 ECTS credit courses in the first year are all divided into two 6 ECTS credit modules. The 6 ECTS credit modules may also be chosen as individual subjects.
The use of individual study plans should be considered exceptional. It is necessary to indicate the reasons that lead to a choice that does not fall within the three standard pathways.
