Expected Learning Outcomes

1. The course provides knowledge of linear geometry in the plane and in space after covering the theory of linear systems. Basic topics in linear algebra are then examined.

2. Knowledge and understanding. The aim of the course is to provide the basic notions of linear algebra and analytic geometry that are needed to interpret and describe problems in computer science disciplines.

3. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: the student will acquire the necessary skills to deal with typical problems in discrete mathematics, solving classical problems that require the application of standard techniques.

4. Autonomy of judgment: the student will be able to independently develop solutions to the main problems covered in the course, choosing the most appropriate strategy based on the results learned.

5. Communication skills: the student will acquire the necessary communication skills by learning the specific language of linear algebra and geometry.

6. Learning skills: the course aims to provide the student with a study method, a mindset, and logical rigor that will be necessary to independently address and solve new problems that may arise during professional activity.
