Paola BONACINI

Associate Professor of Geometry [MATH-02/B]

Paola Bonacini is associate professor in Geometry at the Department of Computer Science and Mathematics of the University of Catania since June 2021. She teaches Linear Algebra and Geometry for the undergraduate degrees in Electronics Engineering and in Industrial Engineering. Her research area of interest is Discrete Mathematics, mainly Design Theory. She also made reaserch in Algebraic Geometry, specifically regarding lifting problems in codimension 2 and zero-dimensional schemes in P1xP1.
