Orazio MUSCATO
Orazio Muscato is Full Professor of Mathematical Physics at Università degli studi di Catania. He teaches in the B.S. and Master programs in Mathematics. Member of the board of the Ph.D. program in ”Mathematics and Computational Sciences", University of Messina. He is member of Unione Matematica Italiana, Società Italiana di Matematica Applicata e Industriale, del Gruppo Nazionale per la Fisica Matematica dell’ Istituto Nazionale di Alta Matematica ”F. Severi” - Roma. From september 20th 2019 is the Head of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science.

• charge transport modesl for low dimensional systems ;
• direct simulation Monte Carlo for the Wigner transport equation;
• data analysis and big data.
