Maria Alessandra RAGUSA

In 2013 has been qualified as Full Professor of Mathematical Analysis, from 2017 is Full Professor of Mathematical Analysis at University of Catania.
In 2000 became Associate Professor of Mathematical Analysis at University of Catania.
In 1992 became Assistant Professor of Mathematical Analysis.

In 2012 she received the PhD in Mathematics in Luleå University (Sweden).

Participates to the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP or PNRR) with the following two projects: “Digital Society and Smart Cities” and “Giustizia Smart: Strumenti e modelli per ottimizzare il lavoro dei giudici - JUSTSmart”. For the latter, she is responsible of a Post-Doc Position.

In 2020 she is appointed by “National Center of Scientific and Technical Evaluation” in Kazakhstan for assessing International Grant Projects.

Aim of the research are existence, unicity and regularity results for solutions linear and quasilinear partial differential equations of elliptic, parabolic and ultraparabolic type. She is also interested in regularity of local minimizers of variational integrals.
